Biotechnology
Launching a health and life sciences venture can be capital intensive, but it doesn’t have to be. The I-TAC Biology (I-TAC Bio) incubation facilities are designed to support the growth of businesses in the wider health and life sciences sectors.
I-TAC Bio offers fitted wet biology laboratories (up to class II) equipped with biosafety cabinets, and access to shared biological equipment and facilities. Designed to support businesses that require space for biology, biotechnology, or broader life sciences development, I-TAC Bio provides an environment for cutting-edge research.
Our inclusive and affordable rates, shared equipment and facilities makes it easier for start-ups to manage costs and reduce the risks of early-stage investment. By removing the challenge for businesses to fit out laboratory spaces or purchase expensive equipment upfront, we help companies preserve cashflow and focus resources where they matter most. With fewer financial barriers, companies innovate and scale faster.
